First time here. We initially came here for the pupusas but also ended up ordering the sopa de mariscos con crema (seafood soup with cream). It's location is a simple and a humble one and the food is on point! I ordered the mixed pupusas which had chicharron, beans and cheese and they were so yummy! The slaw that came with was seasoned very well. I thoroughly enjoyed the soup. It had a good seafood stock and the shellfish were cooked to perfection.

I love the shrimp cream soup. It's my favorite. I've tried other Salvadoran spots and it's never the same. The service isn't the best (they are not coming back to refill your water) but it's forgiven cause of the food. I've been coming here for years even through I no longer live nearby. It's worth the drive.

Definitely authentic...I think. I had to use nearly all the spanish I knew to get seated and order...no english spoken here. Plates are in plastic, drinks served in styrofoam, telenovela blasting on the TV and great food! Can't wait to come back and try the whole fried fish. Definitely a place to visit for a quick delicious and affordable lunch
